Job Description
We are looking for a creative Senior Graphic Designer to lead our product design initiatives and create inspiring visual concepts.
Responsibilities
- Create design ideas using process flows and sitemaps.
- Develop UI mockups and prototypes functionality.
- Rapidly refine design concepts and prototypes through usability testing and user feedback.
- Facilitate workshops, brainstorms and ideation sessions.
- Lead the product design team as a “player-coach” through mentoring.
- Evangelize design best practices and mature the produce design practice area.
Requirements
- Strong analytical, strategic, and conceptual UX design skills.
- Highly knowledgeable of designing for mobile apps and responsive web experiences.
- Well versed in user interface design processes and methodology (User-Centered Design).
- Deep knowledge of style standards on fonts, colours and images.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating design excellence.
